I am Asbjorn Torvol, Specialist in Norse Sorcery, Rune Magick and various forms of Ceremonial Magick, Chaos Magick and Psychology.

Throughout my entire life as a Magician there has been one ritual above all that has stood out and made the biggest impact on my life. That ritual is the Eye of Odin ritual. It has become somewhat infamous among those who follow my work, from tattoos of the sigil that many have inked onto their body, to the various experiences many have had with it. I consider it my biggest success to date. However, let me give you some History on how this ritual came to be.

Late 2016 my marriage was falling apart, and I entered into a state of deep depression. My life had very little purpose and I resorted to various means of escapism. Everyday was a repeat of the one before it. I would wake up in the morning take a look at the world and feel empty…. Hollow. I felt as if everything I was doing was for nothing, happiness was but a dream a hope. I even felt at many times that I had little to live for.

I called upon several of my Gods to try and find a solution. Thor, Odin and even Loki, but all I got was silence. I realized that what I needed was to open the doors to something bigger. Perhaps it was simply an essential hurdle to my progression. I decided one winter day to head up to a local mountain range with a few basic tools and perform a ritual for Odin. I had no idea what I was going to do I just felt the need to go there. Upon the mountain I performed my ritual and I asked Odin to pull me deeper in my magical path. To allow me to peer deeper into the web of reality. To allow my magick to reach far beyond what I could even comprehend. I asked for my life to enter into its next stage and reach its next heights. I never realized at the time what this would mean for my life. I would get everything I asked for, but not without having a lot of sacrifices to make.

From this ritual onward, my life started to get very interesting. I received a symbol in my dreams that is now known today as the infamous Eye of Odin symbol. It was a sigil for Odin and a doorway to the changes that I had asked for. A doorway into the wyrd into a place where reality could be molded… However, my life fell apart.

With the symbol Odin gave me I did a new ritual, the Eye of Odin ritual. My Marriage got worse, my relationships with people crumbled and I ended up losing my house, money and resources. It was in this moment that my magick breakthrough occurred. I was put in such a state of survival that I was forced to either manifest what I needed or lose everything including my control. I manifested a Paradise out of that chaos. I was able to see clearly the reasons why things in my life were being pulled away. After months of stripping away the unnecessary things that were holding me back in life I manifested a new home, my business flourished like never before, my career reached the skies and I had everything that I wanted to move forward. I manifested a Paradise out of chaos.

To this day this ritual still affects me. The work this ritual has brought has not ended and I don’t expect it to either. It was perhaps not what I ideally wanted, but it was everything I needed. Money, Housing, Career, Love and even Sex were all provided with this ritual. It brought me my desire, and this can do the same thing for you. Now what’s unique about my situation is that my life was already in a mess and a little more chaos was what caused my Paradise to come through. The Eye of Odin ritual is different for everyone. I have heard different experiences from several different people. It all depends on the person and what they want to achieve. Chaos is sometimes necessary for true growth to happen. My situation is not like the majority of peoples. I was living a life that was already at rock bottom and so this ritual had much more to change in my life than the average person. I would say if you are looking to change your life’s direction completely it will have some chaos, and if you’re just looking to change a single thing in your life then it might be easier. I would urge not to take my personal experience as a measurement to how your own experience will be. Yet, even through all the chaos I suffered, it was more than worth every second of it

Will this ritual still work for me even if I have no connection to Norse/Viking Spirituality or Odin?

The easy answer to this question is yes. It is not a requirement for you to be a part of any spiritual practice or tradition. Can this ritual benefit me if I only want to change a small aspect of my life?

Yes. This ritual while is more commonly performed for big life changes it is perfectly usable for smaller aspects of life. I have used this ritual for initiations into new chapters of my life as well as manifesting a large some of something in a specific area of my life. The main goal of this ritual isn’t to manifest a specific area of necessity such as money, love, sex, career etc, but rather to manifest whatever you need when you need it. How long will it take for this ritual to take effect in my life?

When I originally performed this ritual, I started to see changes almost immediately in my life but even after a whole year I was still seeing manifestations that I could trace back to this ritual. I would describe this ritual as having a domino effect. It will continue to bring things into your life long after you would have expected. However, I have had others tell me that they have had experiences start after a few days onward. Currently apart from my own experience the longest this ritual has affected someone’s life that they can trace back to this ritual is 8 months. When I perform these rituals, I set aside time usually on a Wednesday, which is considered to be Odin's Day in Norse Mythology. I will retreat to my ritual spot in the wilderness and conduct a lengthy ritual that includes blood sacrifice, divination, rune casting, evocation and petitioning. I will provide several offerings to Odin, the Aesir gods (main Norse Pantheon) and local land spirits. After a long and intense ritual ceremony, you will begin to experience several things entering your life. Which I have listed below.

• You may start to notice changes in your day to day life. Certain routine things may stop, or new ones may begin. Typically, these changes are subtle, but you can expect to see odd synchronicities that will catch your eye. This can be anything from your attention being drawn to things you never noticed before to huge unexplainable experiences.
